Welcome to PromptPlaza! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and digital products. By accessing this site or purchasing any content, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Digital Products Only

PromptPlaza sells downloadable digital products — specifically, prompt templates intended for use with ChatGPT-compatible tools. All products are delivered electronically and do not include physical goods.

2. Licensing & Usage

When you purchase a prompt from PromptPlaza, you are granted a non-transferable license to use it with your ChatGPT-compatible tools.

You MAY:

  • Use the prompt with ChatGPT or compatible platforms
  • Use the outputs (e.g., images, text) from prompts for personal or commercial projects
  • Incorporate output into products, services, content, or client work

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original prompt file
  • Include prompts in any bundle, marketplace, or template pack
  • Use the prompts in ways that violate laws or ethical guidelines

3. Refund Policy

If your prompt doesn't work as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We'll help you use it or refund the amount paid for that prompt if we can't resolve the issue.

Follow the included instructions and share your order number and a brief description of the issue. A screenshot can help. Downloading or testing the prompt does not invalidate this guarantee. Results may vary; an image identical to the preview is not guaranteed.

This commercial guarantee does not limit your statutory consumer rights. See our Refund Policy for details.

You can also contact us about missing or inaccessible downloads, duplicate purchases, or duplicate charges. We review requests within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method. A request submitted within the 7-day period remains eligible for review after that period ends.

4. Account Access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. PromptPlaza is not liable for unauthorized access due to user error or negligence.

5. Intellectual Property

All prompt templates, text, design assets, and branded content on this site are the property of PromptPlaza. Purchase grants you the right to use the outputs commercially, but not to resell, reproduce, or redistribute the prompt itself.

6. Modifications

PromptPlaza reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI-generated results can vary, and we do not guarantee an image identical to a product preview. This does not limit our 7-day prompt support guarantee in Section 3 or any statutory consumer rights or remedies that apply to your purchase.
