PromptPlaza sells downloadable digital products — specifically, prompt templates intended for use with ChatGPT-compatible tools. All products are delivered electronically and do not include physical goods.

2. Licensing & Usage

When you purchase a prompt from PromptPlaza, you are granted a non-transferable license to use it with your ChatGPT-compatible tools.

You MAY:

  • Use the prompt with ChatGPT or compatible platforms
  • Use the outputs (e.g., images, text) from prompts for personal or commercial projects
  • Incorporate output into products, services, content, or client work

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original prompt file
  • Include prompts in any bundle, marketplace, or template pack
  • Use the prompts in ways that violate laws or ethical guidelines

3. Refund Policy

We offer limited refunds within 24 hours of purchase for the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase
  • Download or access issues
  • Prompt not functioning as described

Accessing or downloading a prompt typically disqualifies it from a refund unless there is a confirmed issue. See our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Account Access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. PromptPlaza is not liable for unauthorized access due to user error or negligence.

5. Intellectual Property

All prompt templates, text, design assets, and branded content on this site are the property of PromptPlaza. Purchase grants you the right to use the outputs commercially, but not to resell, reproduce, or redistribute the prompt itself.

6. Modifications

PromptPlaza reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for how AI platforms interpret or execute prompts. All prompts are provided “as-is” without warranty of specific results.
