We stand behind every prompt we sell. If you're not satisfied with the results, we'll make it right.

Eligibility Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase for any of the following reasons:

• The prompt did not produce results similar to those shown in the product listing
• The prompt file was inaccessible or not delivered
• You were charged twice for the same product
• The prompt did not work as described

How to Request Submit your request through our Refund Request page within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We review all requests within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please Note Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we cannot accept refund requests based solely on a change of mind after the prompt has been accessed. Our guarantee covers cases where the prompt genuinely doesn't deliver the results shown.
