Thank you for shopping at PromptPlaza. All our products are digital and delivered instantly via email as downloadable PDFs. As such, all sales are considered final. However, we do offer limited refunds in select circumstances to ensure a fair and transparent experience.
Eligible Refund Situations
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same prompt more than once, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Access or Delivery Issues: If you're unable to receive, access, or download your prompt file, contact us using the refund request form for assistance.
- Prompt Not Working as Described: If a prompt fails to perform as outlined in the product description, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. We will verify the issue before approval.

- We do not issue refunds for prompts that have been downloaded or accessed—unless there is a proven functionality issue.
